JR Motorsports is one of the premier racing organizations in NASCAR, competing across multiple series and divisions. Co-owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kelley Earnhardt Miller, L.W. Miller, and Rick Hendrick, the Mooresville-based team has grown from a Late Model operation into a multi-car powerhouse in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series.

JRM fields four full-time OARS entries and has won four series championships: Chase Elliott (2014), William Byron (2017), Tyler Reddick (2018), and Justin Allgaier (2024).
