Ryan Sieg is 14th in the 2026 O'Reilly Series standings and carrying the RSS Racing program he and his family built from scratch. Sieg is a 38-year-old owner-driver who has run RSS Racing as a family operation for more than a decade. The Tucker, Georgia native is one of the longest-tenured independent operators in the O'Reilly Series, having built a program that now consistently competes in the top 15-20 of the field — a genuinely difficult achievement for a team without factory or charter-level support. He is one of the true garage originals of the mid-tier.
