Ryan Sieg — Driver Profile

Car: No. 39 | Team: RSS Racing | Manufacturer: Chevrolet Crew Chief: Matt Noyce | Sponsor: SciAps Status: Full-time | Hometown: Tucker, Georgia | Age: 38

2026 Season

Ryan Sieg is 14th in the 2026 O'Reilly Series standings and carrying the RSS Racing program he and his family built from scratch. Through eight races he has three top 10s and one top five — a third-place finish at Daytona that was the highlight of his season opener. One DNF at EchoPark Speedway hurt his points total, but an average finish of 17.1 from an average starting position of 15.8 shows the No. 39 is running close to what the equipment can produce.

2026 Stats (through 8 races): 14th in points (168 pts) | 0 wins | 1 top 5 | 3 top 10s | 15.8 avg. start | 17.1 avg. finish

Career

Sieg is a 38-year-old owner-driver who has run RSS Racing as a family operation for more than a decade. The Tucker, Georgia native is one of the longest-tenured independent operators in the O'Reilly Series, having built a program that now consistently competes in the top 15-20 of the field — a genuinely difficult achievement for a team without factory or charter-level support. He is one of the true garage originals of the mid-tier.

The Story

Sieg's 2026 story is sustainability. RSS Racing has survived — and improved — year after year without major organizational backing, and Sieg's third-place Daytona result is evidence that on the right weekend, his team belongs near the front. The question is whether the 2026 season produces a win or a run of results that changes how the garage views what RSS is capable of.
