Carson Ware is the younger son of Rick Ware, whose Rick Ware Racing organization competes across NASCAR's Cup, O'Reilly, and CRAFTSMAN Truck series, and brother of Cody Ware. Born February 28, 2000, in Jamestown, North Carolina, Carson serves as the anchor driver for RWR's CARS Tour Pro Late Model program, defending the organization's 2025 PLM owner's championship (which included three race wins).
Ware scored his first career CARS Tour victory in a rain-shortened race at Ace Speedway on May 3, 2025. Beyond the CARS Tour, he has 17 O'Reilly Auto Parts Series (Xfinity) career starts and made his ARCA debut at Kansas Speedway in October 2019. For 2026, he is also running a limited O'Reilly Series schedule in the No. 30 Chevrolet for Barrett-Cope Racing, posting a career-best 19th at Daytona. He sits 8th in the 2026 CARS Tour PLM points standings.
