Career Highlights

Max Reaves is a 16-year-old Joe Gibbs Racing development driver from Trinity, North Carolina, competing in both the CARS Tour PLM and ARCA Menards Series East in the No. 18 Toyota Camry. Reaves made history as the first driver born in the 2010s to compete in — and win — an ARCA race, taking the checkered flag at Five Flags Speedway on March 22, 2025. His 2025 ARCA rookie season produced 3 wins and 7 top-tens.

Before his ARCA ascent, Reaves won the 2024 Carolina Pro Late Model Series championship and competed across the CARS Tour PLM, CARS Tour LMSC, and INEX Summer Shootout. He finished 4th in the 2026 CARS Tour PLM opener at Southern National and sits 3rd in the early-season points standings. Reaves comes from racing royalty of a different kind — his father Jeremy Reaves is co-owner of Cook Out, the fast-food chain founded by grandfather Morris Reaves. His younger brother Roo also competes in racing. At 16, Reaves is already one of the most well-resourced and accomplished young drivers in the Southeast.
