Jamey Caudill

Car: No. 50 | Team: Bobby Hall Motorsports | Manufacturer: Chevrolet | Status: Part-time CARS Tour LMSC | Hometown: Four Oaks, NC | Age: 56

Career Highlights

Jamey Caudill is the oldest active competitor on the 2026 CARS Tour Late Model Stock Car grid and one of the most experienced — a veteran whose career bridges the gap between the modern CARS Tour era and the old-school Southeast short-track scene. The 56-year-old from Four Oaks, North Carolina, makes select starts for Bobby Hall Motorsports.

Caudill is a four-time track champion at Southern National Motorsports Park, a résumé line that carries enormous weight on a circuit where Southern National is a regular venue. He also competed in NASCAR's national series between 2002 and 2004, making one Busch Series start and four Craftsman Truck Series starts for Long Brothers Racing.

After stepping away from stock car racing to compete in drag racing for much of the last decade, Caudill returned to Late Model Stock Cars in the mid-2020s through a partnership with Bobby Hall Motorsports. At the 2026 season opener at Southern National — a track he knows as well as anyone in the paddock — he ran competitively against the CARS Tour field.

Caudill's 2026 effort is backed by SPC Mechanical, Liberty and Plenty Distillery, Labrador Sport Fishing, and Hy-tech Coatings. His presence on the grid connects the current generation of CARS Tour competitors to the regional racing history that predates the series' existence.
